PCI modem in a win200 opperating system.

I have put a compaq modem in a IBM maschin for internet
conection.

The win 200 software cant fint it.

Why??

The card used to bee in a compaq maschin for Win XP, spo
have not any installation CD. And Compaq ( HP ) dont want
to help.
