pci input device error

hello, i have an exclamation mark in my "other devices" in my device manager.
It keeps trying to find a driver but never succesful. there is no name of the
device and i don't know what the device is. is there any way i can figure
this out. i have installed the dell resource cd with no luck. any input
would be appreciated

Sure. If you have internet connection, call Dell support and ask them
to connect to your machine and fix the problem.

thanks for your help guys. don't know why it didn't work but i went and
downloaded lasted driver from creative after looking in registry for a vendor
and searching the net.
