On occasion when I try to shutdown Windows XP Pro, it will not shutdown. I
look in a small pgm I have called End-it All (I use it, when I'm installing
new pgms, to shutdown all other pgms that were running). I find Iexplore
running in the back ground and I click to end all pgms. This action allow
Windows to shutdown in the normal way.
I had to remove SP2 because I could not resolve conflicts within my LAN. I
use Mozilla Firefox as my default browser.
The above condition only occurs when I launch a http link from email, a
search results page or a web page that automaticly launches EI. This
condition is of recent vintage one or two weeks .
