IExplorer running in background

I sometimes have to stop the Iexporer "running" in Task mgr in order to open
a fresh session. Like there's one running in background but not visible. If
it hangs upon trying to begin session, I know to quickly go to Task Mgr and
kill the IExplorer consuming ~20 m kilobytes. Then the fresh session begins.
What's up?

You most likely have more than this.

Sometimes, when you remove malware it will stop your TCP/IP
stack from working (Internet connection).
Winsock or LSP-fix will correct the problem,Download first.
Note to anyone using NOD32 Anti-Virus software,Do Not delete the
"imon.dll" this fix reports,That is your e/mail scanning engine.
