PC restarts when i try to go Online!!

Hello, can some one please help me?
I am trying to go online with my laptop, and over the last few days when
ever i try i get disconected, a see a blue screen butit does not stay on long
enough for me to read the message!
Then my machine restarts and i get greeted with a `serious error` recover
message. When i read the log it reads as follows:-

BCCode:C2 BCP1:00000007 BCP2:00000C04 BCP3:81A11000 BCP4:81A11F88
OSVer:5_1_2600 SP:1_0 Product 768_1

I am a new user and i am struggling and getting frustrated, can some one
please help me with my problem?????

I had the same problem. My computer restarted when I tried to connect
to the internet using my dial-up modem. I replaced the modem, and it works
fine now.
