Hi
Any idea why i have to unplug and plug-in my PSU in order to start my pc
correctly without the no signal error message on the monitor?

Because the wiring inside your case is screwed
because you have a cheap no name PSU thats crapping out
Because you've added so many peripheal devices that you system cant handle it
because your video card is not seated properly
because your plug to monitor is loose
because you video cable is loose
because the automatic reset in your PSU is screwed
