PC Hangs at Shutdown.

Hi.
It's me again.
Now on shutdown my notebook hangs on the screen where it says:
"Windows is shutting down"
I don't know what is going on this time after I formated the hard disk.
there are problems right at the begining.
I hope someone knows what to do about the shutdown, because I don't want to
format again.
