PC freezes while running IE

Need help please.
When I sign on to IE and while my MSN homepage is uploading another window
open under the URL http://e.rmll.com/a/a174-admed.ron and then a Seurity
Alert black window opens with the following message: "spy software maybe
installed in your computer. Current Spyware threat:...."
That's when my PC freezes.
 
Download and install SPybot Search and Destroy.

Reboot in Safe Mode, then run Spybot and delete all the nasties that you
have collected from visiting unhealthy web sites.
