pc crashses every time after startup

Windows xp machine crashes now everyt time when it it started up, this
morning it showed 0X00000019 (0X00000020, 0XE1015CAO, 0XE1015CDO, 0XOC060402
) as error message, and only after several attempts machine keeps on running.
Anyone who knows where this is related to ?
