When my Windows XP Home comes up the sound breaks. Sounds like when a cell
phone call breaks up. When I try to listen to say youtube or something of
that nature it breaks up so much I really can't understand what is being
said. I have very little on my computer in fact the only extra software I
have is Microsoft Office. Any ideas?
