Patch for KB812401

I am working to solve a problem for a remote user, and have discovered that
KnowledgeBase article 812401 describes the problem exactly. I need to
download and install the patch for rasppp.dll, but can't seem to figure out
the magic for getting just this one patch/file.

Can someone help?
