Dial-Up Error 735: Requested Address Was Rejected by the Server

I have a dial-up system running here at work and I've got
a new user who needs to get in from home. She has WinXP
but is getting this error after it authenticates:

"Error 735: The Requested Address Was Rejected by the
Server"

I found knowledge base article 812401 that talks about it
and says there is a RASPPP.DLL update that will fix it,
but you have to call and pay for support first! Does
anyone have this update or have another way to get around
this error? I have lot's of people dialing up, but have
never seen this error before...
