Pasting Image in e-mail gives place Holder (Red x)...

When pasting an image in Outlook, I receive a Red X rather than the image. I
can receive images in the e-mail, Insert images, but can note paste. I have
another PC setup identical and this is not a problem. I have checked the
standard settings and have found nothing.

I have the same problem, was working fine for a year, now it just stopped
working (same issue if I use snipper).
