Embedded Images in Outlook 2007

A colleague of mine sends me mails with embedded images in created by
printscreen /ctrl V I can see these just fine in outlook 2003 running on xp
pro, but I cannot see the image in outlook 2007 running on xp pro 64 bit,
not even a small red square or a place holder shows, I know the image is
there because if I send it back to my colleague he can see it.
Any ideas please
