Pasting a Screen Print into a Word 2003 Document

When a do a screen print and try to paste into a Word 2003 document, only
about 20% of the picture is pasted into the document. Bringing up
PowerPoint, the entire picture is pasted. Any clues? Does not happen on
another system that I also use which has Word XP.

which part is missing? If it's the upper part, I suspect that your
picture is pasted as an InlineObject (that way, Word is treating the
picture as a (big) character), and the paragraph it's pasted into is set
to a fixed line height.

Change the line height to "single" or "at least ... pt" would resolve
the issue.
