We have been haveing a problem with the passwaords at
this location. A user has to change there passwaord but
before they are done they get the message there have
changed there password and the next time they log in they
need no password.
Operationg system XP PRO
server is 2000

That's unacceptable from microsoft. You need to report this bug directly to
them.
