passwords

The front desk user has forgotten her password to log into Windows
2000. She changed the sdministrator password also and does not
remember it. I have lots of data I need to save on this pc. How can I
recover any password to get into this pc?

You may need to reinstall if you cannot remember the passwords. If you know
the password for any account with administrator privileges you can log on
with that and reset the other passwords. See 258289 Windows 2000 Logon
