Passwords on tablet pc with Windows XP

My tablet pc won't save any of my passwords although I
check the save password button. It won't work on Outlook
or any of the websites that I access regularly. We also
have a Dell running xp and we don't have any problems on
it.

This fix also applies to Outlook, other programs that store passwords
in the Protected Storage System Provider sub-branch of the Registry.
It also corrects some issues with Internet Explorer and AutoComplete.
