When running repair console, select c:\windows it asks for
administrator password and there was no passwords set on
computer, is there a way to by pass?

If there are no passwords for the local administrator account, then a blank
password will do. You probably do have a password though. Your system is
probably set up to autologon and you've just never had to type it in.
