This I presume is when you are using Windows Mail? If this is the case, the
user name and password it is asking for is the one you use to access you
email. When you originally setup your email account with Windows Mail you
had to input a user name and password in order to connect to your ISP's
server to download you mail. The user name/password that you are being asked
for is the same one you set windows mail up with in the first place. Usually
it is something like 'yourname@your isp.com' (or net, org, co.uk, etc)
followed by the password you selected when you joined your ISP or webmail
provider.
