I did forget my password and I can't open my document. Is there a solution? I
will be mad!!

You will be mad? No one to blame but yourself...

Anyway. Do an internet search for WORD PASSWORD RECOVERY.
It's going to cost you though, unless you find one that offers a trial. Some
will let you try thier product but will only give you the first letter or two.
Good luck.

You're right: it will cost him. Maybe more than he thinks.

Personally, I would not be comfortable giving my credit card details to
someone I've never met in some place like the former Soviet Union who cracks
passwords for a living. But then, that's just me :-)

The one I used in the past had a free trial download. No CC req'd. It only
gave the first 3 letters of the password, though. Which was enough to remind
us what the password was.

Personally, I am quite nervous about even browsing to the website of someone
who offers to crack Office passwords.

If they can crack passwords from documents, they can certainly upload
viruses to my computer :-)

I've been in computing since 1978: long enough to make me a bit gun-shy of
the stuff that goes on here...
