Could someone write a code to create a password on the
home page to direct the user on to the second page?
I'm using Front Page 2000 and XP
A visitor would type for example the word CAT and would
be directed on to the second page (new_page_2.htm) of the
same web.
No sub web or navigation bar please. Just a simple
password "opening the door" on to the second page.

Have you tried talking to your webhost? Also, maybe it's just because I'm
not quite awake yet, but it seems a bit presumptuous to ask someone to write
a code for you. There are people who get paid to do things like that but
you're asking for a freebie. There are scads of generous people here and
maybe one of them will help but........... Like I said, maybe it's just
waaaaay too early and I'm feeling cranky.
