Password saver for favorite log on pages

I just switched over to compuserve and all of my passwords have disappeared. When I log on, the msgs asking me if I want to save the apssword is not showing up.

How do I get the comp to ask me if I want to save the password?

Open Internet Explorer, go Tools, select Internet Options, go to the Content
tab, click the AutoComplete button under Personal Information, make sure
"Prompt me to save passwords is selected. If it is selected, clear it,
click ok, then check it and click ok.
