password protection

I am using Windows Mail on my laptop which I share. i have Vista and Norton
360 - both of which I am not familiar with. My ISP is AOL. Whenever I want
to check my Windows Mail it opens up immediately and never asks for password.
As I share laptop this is no good.

I've unchecked everything in 'Identity Safe' - part of Norton 360 and still
it takes me straight to my inbox. How do I stop this.

Also, I would like to give the other user their own Windows Mail account but
as I'm never asked for a password I am not sure how this will work.

Any suggestions please?

The simplest way would be to set up separate Windows user accounts. This
way you would keep all your personal files separate from each other as well.
There's a Public folder for files that all users need access to. Each user
could customise his/her own desktop, start menu, windows colours etc. as
well.
