password protected snafu

Same thing has happened to someone I know. I don't know
know how to fix it either. Anyone know how to reset
passwords or anything like that?

Nothing in Microsoft Antispyware either sets or changes passwords in your
computer.

I'm sure something is happening here, but I'm not sure what. Have you tried
simply leaving the password blank?
