Password protect CD-R

Is there any way to pass protect a CD-R or CD-RW disk?

pass protect no, however you could encrypt the files
before copy to the cd, nobody could decrypt without the
key...kept on your pc...

you can use a program called power crypt 2000 it was aired on the
screensavers on tech tv last week heres the link for the free encrypter
