password problem

I'm using XP with no password requirements
On UPS software I want to import a data base of
addresses but a window comes up that shows
USER "admin"
PASSWORD________
it will not let me continue
but I have no password

Burt
 
Are you sure that's not a password the software wants and not an XP user
password? I'd contact UPS about it, I don't think this is an XP issue.
