Password List

Hi I was wondering if there is a way to view your saved password list files
in Windows XP Pro? I've forgotten one of my passwords and I know Windows
has it saved because on one site with different encryption when you enter
the username the password fills in but on the site I need it on it dosen't.
The site has no way to reset a password or have mine sent to me, any
assistance would be appreciated.
