password box appear after installed service pack 2

after i installed serviced pack 2, the password box appear
after you click on the user accounts name. without type in
any password ,press enter and the password message appear
and ask if you forgot your password. or check your typo
keys. there were no password assign before the install, or
after the install. been stuck with this password problems
for days . i hate service pack 2.

Service Pack 2 does not cause this by itself.
Something else is involved.
