Before installing Service Pack 2 I was prepared for some quirks in Windows
XP. After installing Service Pack 1 there were some settings I had to change
back that apparently Service Pack 1 changed for me. If this happened on
Service Pack 1 I knew there would be minor setting changes involved after
installing Service Pack 2. This was no big deal, however now there is a
situation that is a big deal. Since installing Service Pack 2 when I access
Outlook Express the computer shuts down and then starts up again. When I am
able to access Outlook Express it asks me for my password which I supply and
then just keeps asking for my password without allowing me to access Outlook
Express. I finally opened Google and opened Outlook Express through the
task bar there. Can't understand why this should happen because I had no
problems accessing Outlook Express before installing Service Pack 2. I am
just about ready to uninstall Service Pack 2 but would appreciate any help
with this before I do.
Thanks,
Dave
