password being remembered even after deleting cookies!

When you browse to our site, a basic authentication box pops up in IE, and of course users have the ability to save the username and password by clicking a checkbox when they're filling out that information. Usually, to remove this, all you have to do is delete the cookies. However, whenever one user just types in the URL, it doesn't even give them the opportunity to modify the username and password being used--it just logs them straight in without prompting them with the basic authentication box, and this happens even after deleting all the cookies! What else needs to be removed/changed in IE to get them unstuck from a particular username and password?

I guess I should have read both messages, eh? ;-)

Control Panel> User Accounts> Manage passwords. Is MSN Passport filling in
the form?
