Partiton a hard drive

I just got a new 120GB hard drive and would like to
partition it: one section for backing up my 13GB C: drive
and one for general storage. How do I do it?
 
1. Right click on My Computer-Left Click on Manage.
2. Select Disk Management.
3. Right click on the new drive and you should find an
option to create a partition etc.
More detail is available in the Windows help files.
