I need to completely wipe my pc clean. Can someone give me a step by step
instruction to delete partitions. I had to do it once before, but I can not
remeber how to get there. I know the technician had me hit one of the
function buttons on start up, but I can't remember. Please help.

all you do is bootup with your XP cd...
one of the install options will be to completely format delete all
partitions.
you then just recreate, format and install XP...
you will get those choices when you install so just follow the instructions
accordingly

Call the technician again.. he will remind you which F key should be pressed
for full system recovery..
