Hello, My problem is as follows:

It was supposed to format notebook with ME. I deleted the partition from
Win2k with the Millenium CD (without looking what was the type of partition
system). After using the ME CD to create a new partition, after restart it
didn't format at all(showing a problem with HD).

After that i used the active@killdisk and erased all partitions. Some were
Unkown or Unpartioned.

I try once again, to install ME, and it happen all over again, after
partition it won't format.

Some notes from Bios and KillDisk:

Bios
Disk Auto:
16 sectors
lba enabled
pio - fast pio 4
dma - Ultra DMA 2

Disk with Hard Disk option:
Cylinders - 16383, Heads - 16, Sectrores - 63 Total = 10056MB
Multi-Sector Transfers - 16
LBA, PIO e DMA -> identical

KillDisk
LBA - Yes
Cylinders - 19485, Tracks/Cylinder - 16, Sector/Track - 63
Total Sectors - 19640880, Bytes Sector - 512
Total size - 9.36Gb

I return to KillDisk, and when starting the program it shows:
Illegal Partition Sector 0, but it opens and loads.

After i used GDisk from symantec.

Cleaned the Master Boot Record - Gdisk /mbr /wipe /x /y.

After that i created a partition and formated with the following option:
Gdisk /cre(create) /pri(primary) /sz(size):90% /for

GDisk creates the partition and formats only 7750mb (75%).
Don't let finish format because it was veeeeeeeery slow.
After that failed operation e cleaned the mbr once again.

Information from GDisk
Partitions - 1
Cylinders - 1222
Heads - 255
Sectors - 63
Mbytes - 9590.3

After that i tryed to install once again the ME, with the same result.

I used GDisk to delete the partition created with ME.
GDisk /del /all /x /y.

Here's the info:
Partition - 1
Type - PRY DOS
Mybtes - 9585.6
System - Fat 32
Usage - 119% 8o

After that i used Killdisk and it shows on load:
Warning - using suspect partition Prim:1 FS 0c: with calculated values
1221-254-63 instead of 1022-254-63
C: HD1 Prim:1 CHS= 0-1-1 start= 0Mb, size=9585

Incorrect file system in partition table (fat32) on 80h. Get it from boot
sector #63 (Unknown)? Yes, No? Y

Inside KillDisk:
1 - Unknown
Partition Information
Active: No
Primary - Yes
Partition Table - 0
First Sector - 63
Total Sectors: 19631367
Bytes per sector: 512
Total Size: 9.36Gb (10051259904 bytes)

2- Unallocated
Partition Information
Active: No
Primary - Yes
Partition Table - 0
First Sector - 19631430
Total Sectors: 9450
Bytes per sector: 512
Total Size: 4.61Mb (4838400 bytes)

Next, I've tried MBRTool, using wipe and blank on all options available. All
remains the same.

After using search with this forum i found a tool BOOTITNG and i use clean
all over again. After that i sucefully installed ME, but it takes AGES to
open S.O., my Computer, showing icons in my computer. It works slOOOw but
fine.
This situation isn't normal.

Here is what i did in BootItNg (Next Generation).
Open work with partitions and there was a partitition active (when i tried
once again to install millenium). The file system was 12/B or C (don't
recall):FAT32.

I've deleted that partition and created a new one with Fat32, but there was
only a 11/Bh: FAT 32 file system, not 12. I've check the format option, but
not the allocate high option. After that i install ME, and it took 3Hours to
install.

Thanks for your help.
