Partitioning Help

i want to either partition or delete my windows xp home
edition to windows 2000.

does anyone know the best way to do either one of them?
any software requirement?

step-by-step would be nice.

Jay, do you have a Dual Boot and want to delete the WinXP OS? Or do you
just have XP and want to
delete it and install Win2000? Here's a good site to check
