wanted to partition my hard disk (80gig). i did, but now
only the 20gig system drive (c:) and a 20gig drive (e:)
are registering. does anyone know where my 40gig went?

Right click on My Computer » click manage » click disk managment » do what you want with the unallocated space.

you probably havent formatted it (the other 40gb), and so,
it is unformatted space (which isnt recognised by
windows). you can use disk management in MMC to format the
rest of the space to a new drive.
