partial webpage view source

[Ken]

I saw someone highlite an area of text in IE and do a view
source on just that area. They said it was an IE addin
that they got from Microsoft. I can't find any mention
of it on the Microsoft site.
I did see it work so I know it exists. Anyone know where
to get this or what it would be called?
