Disabling view source for web pages?

What techniques you can use to prevent IE users to view source of web pages?
I'm not meaning those registry settings, which disables viewing source.

I have encountered some web sites, where normal view source doesn't work.
I'm just wondering how they do that. Those pages are not build with
Macromedia flash player. I have acquired source of those page by other means
and they look like normal html pages, except you cannot view source with IE.

The most common way is with JavaScript:

You can't disable view source for using View | Source in the IE tool bar.
Some people simply put lots of white space before the <html> tag, and when
you scroll down, you'll see it.
