View Partial Source?

On my new Windows 2000 computer, I can't get a View partial Source right-click selection
from IE6. Is there an add-in I need for this?

I use this:
Internet Explorer 5 Web Developer Accessories:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/previous/webaccess/webdevaccess.mspx
View source with no selection shows the whole page
otherwise View Source shows the source for the selection
