Partial Image load in I.E.

Hi. Consistently, some of the images don't load in I.E.
I've tried adjusting some of the features in "Options/
Advanced", but I haven't had any success so far. I've
also run Ad-aware, Spybot, and Spyware Blaster. According
to those programs, no spyware is operating on the com-
puter. I tried setting Zone Alarm to medium. No show. I
delete temporary internet files, (including offline con-
tent), everyday, so there isn't a space problem. Norton
and AVG report no viruses.

I get this problem after visiting Tools-Internet Options (even if I do not
actually modify any options). If I shutdown & restart IE, it is OK. See my
recent posts. Sound familiar?

Hi, Ted. This problem doesn't happen when I go to Options.
It happens period. Primarily it seems to happen with
"flash" image windows; but it also happens sometimes with
ordinary "gif",images. It's a real pain, especially
because some flash windows have drop-down options that
can't be accessed.
