Opened Link Never Loads

When attempting to open a link to another page from the
same site, some links will automatically open a new
window. Problem is, the second window never loads
completely unless I stop the page & refresh it shortly
afterwards. I have attempted to perform a system restore
on my XP OS, checked my program settings for my firewall
(Zone Alarm) & for my spyware detector (SpyBot), but no
luck thus far. Any ideas on how to resolve this?--I thank
you in advance for even taking a stab at it!

Also, when you attempt to access Web folders, you may receive the following
error message: The current operation could not completed because an
unexpected error has occurred.

I'm having the same problem and i don't know what is doing
