Parsing Error

Everytime I use the search facility, after about 5
seconds into the search, I get a window come up telling
me that there is a parsing error. I click on OK and it
continues the search and I find what I want. I seems to
do no harm, but I would like to get rid of it.

error parsing C:\WIDOWS\system32
\URTTemp\config\machine.config
Parser returned error 0x80070003

How do I get rid of it.

Did it ever work correctly? If so you might try restoring the computer back
to an earlier date. I'm not sure what is causing it.
