Config Parser Error

I need help debugging the following error message:

---------------------------
Config parser error
---------------------------
Error parsing C:\WINDOWS\system32
\URTTemp\config\machine.config
Parser returned error 0x80070003
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

It pops up when I do a search for files/folders. I have
searched for that file but obviously I didn't find it
because it is an invalid file name. Notice the 5 character
file extension (machine.config) I have searched the
registry and I have done a text search for machine.co. I
don't know where else to look. Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated.

Thank you for helping. I did a search of files/folders,
system and hidden files for parseconfig and got no hits.
Was I suppose to do a text search? I am doing a text
search right now.
