Parser Messages

I've been recently getting error messages called Parer Message. They say
"Value creation failed at line XXX" (X'es being a 3-digit number) I have had
them say line 599 and a couple others. One of them was regarding theme and
visual style i guess.
The messages come up when i switch users or after screensaver when it
resumes to the logon screen.
It's very annoying. The message doesn't go away until i click it 10 times.
Suggestions??

You are probably using an older version of some theme (like "Style-XP"
theme.) Changing to the normal "Windows XP" theme, or downloading a newer
version of your current theme will probably fix the parser error.
