parallel to usb scanner cable connect

Hi
I have an old Canon scanner that connects to the parallel port on my
computer. My printer also connects to the back of the scanner in a
daisychain.
I now want to connect the scanner to the usb port of my notebook ( cos it
doesn't have a parallel port).
The cable I need is a female 25 pin parallel to usb. Does such a thing
exist? Haven't been able to find one so far.
