I use a Dell Axim PocketPC with a database called HanDBase which syncs with
an Access database on my PC. The PocketPC also syncs my Outlook Contacts,
Tasks, and Calendar. I can also share Word and Excel documents and Streets &
Trips maps. Keep in mind that a hand-held device is nowhere near as powerful
or sophisticated as a PC or laptop.

I use a Palm with the DataViz software for the complete MS office suite.
Start up was a little high priced but it all works. Have to be honest, I
liked my Pocket PC better but my current office bought us the Palm. Take a
look at www.dataviz.com and SmartList (used to be thinkDB) as the access
software. Access is limited on all pocket and palm devices.
