Palm P and Outlook Cal. keep importing and exporting same event

My Palm Pilot and Outlook calendar keep importing and exporting same event to
each other. I have multiple enteries of same event on each.
 
This is a forum for MS Access, the PC database program. That said, I've
found the quickest way to fix confused syncs is to delete the items from
both sides, add them back to one side only and re-sync.
