Paint not starting, Sends Error Report

Hi! I really need help. I can`t open Paint no more. I
tried reinstalling the software three different ways, I
even tried to go restore to an earlier date with no luck.
Here`s what appears on the bottom of the details page.
It says theses folders on included on the report sent to
microsoft (C:\DOCUME~1\PROPRI~1\LOCALS~1
\Temp\WER68.tmp.dir00\appcompat.txt) What Can I do?
