Pages Won't Fit Screen

The web pages won't fit my screen. I can see a black background around them.
I've went to the Display Settings and tried the Resolution on it. In the IE7,
the zoom is set on 100%. I sued to have the Windows XP Pro and I didn't
seemed to have this issue. thanks for any help or advice. It's greatly
appreciately.
 
Do you have a Black background around the desktop??
You might have to manually adjust your Monitor with the buttons provided for
that at the bottom of the monitor
