Pages load slowly

I lost my internet connection today. It is usually very stable. I
re-booted my modem and all seemed fine. However, now web pages load slowly.

Could this be anything besides malware? I am running Super Ad Blocker and
haven't downloaded anything recently.

Rebooted your modem and things worked?
Tried contacting the ISP?
